FYI - I believe the new version does this now plus it adds the title of the factory file into the menubar. Nice addition!
+1 for a recent factory list.
The more I've used factories and saved them off, the more I wish I could just pick one of the recent ones from a drop down in the file menu. Takes a lot of time to go browse every time to find the one I want.
