I did have the wait for temperature to stabilize checked and did uncheck it, and for a while I didnt see any pauses on the designs I was printing.
However, recently I'm seeing them again so although in certain circumstances it will contribute, it seems there are others which can cause pauses.

While I have two nozzles, I actually only print with the one (T0 Left). The offset is -25 in the X axis for T1 in S3D and apply toolhead off-sets to g-code coordinates is selected. If I'm not actually using T1 at all I'm guessing this is not the cause for my other pauses I'm seeing?JJAuto wrote: ↑Thu Mar 01, 2018 11:06 pm My issue is now fixed. It was caused by the firmware "losing it's mind" while trying to calculate tip offsets for multi extrusion. i went into Marlin and "commented out" the hot-end offset in the firmware and have it in the slicer now. works great. If you are running offset hot-ends id try to do that and see if it works.
