Re: Vase mode issues again. Glitches from nothing

I don't know but I am going to start playing with your ideas and see where it leads. the magic is I only have to make it work ONCE then it should be repeatable. on that note I am going to elevate this in my opinion to an official BUG report (new post coming) I found a model where I can reproduce the issue and I don't have a damned glue how or why. what I did should "NOT" change anything and in fact it DOES NOT change anything except for ONE MODEL and I have no idea why. they are all identical. Literally. I dropped the model in and CTRL C/V the damned thing but ONE comes out perfect the other two YUCK so it "IS" a bug in the slicing/pathing engine somewhere. I am hoping this reproduceable example might help them reproduce the right solution ??? or at leas the desired one

As for the one printer. its just that one machine. its not under extrusion. I am over extruding SO much now that the part is hard as a ROCK its so thick (too thick for flight PLA that hard cracks and does not give) and it STILL did not fuse the seam!! also did not fuse ONE rib. its really freaking strange. it has to be a mechanical issue of some sort on that machine. I can't figure out why its not none or all of the cuts as they are all the same dimension. 0.01mm (can't go lower than 0.01 in tinkercard)

machine is way too old for linear advance etc.. and you can SEE the ringing in the corners. I am wondering if this machine is running HOTTER than it indicates on the display. the PLA is acting like it was "cooked" too much or something. its extra "hard" (brittle) and the hotter it is the more it would shrink. the one difference between the seam and the ribs is temperature and time delta.

when you print a rib its outstroke then uturn and return strong a quarter second later so the last "lay" of plastic is still at full "temperature" so to speak. while the SEAM the delta is huge. it enters one side goes and prints ALLL the inside stuff THEN it prints the other side when it exits. the plastic will be almost fully cooled by then. giving the plastic time to contract/shrink away from the 0.01mm gap.

This combined with a slight mech issue combined with hotter than it reads MIGHT explain that seam issue.

I would love your feed back on my new post. just finished the screenies and gonna type it up now. THIS one is interesting. and I have NO idea how to duplicate it on other models. I don't know what it is doing on this model at all. so freaking strange.
