Yes +1 The zig zag in thin walls is bad for the printer and your prints.

+1! not to mention if you have wiping turned on, simplify3d wants to wipe in the zigzag pattern and it messes up the print quality drastically.

Just go to the Advanced tab an enable "Only wipe extruder for outer-most outlines". Then it only uses wiping on the outer-most perimeter and not on any of the zig-zag internal fill. Works fine for me.
