Re: Feature request: Seperate retract/recover speed controls

Bump.

I use SmoothieWare firmware and had to use Slic3r to use the firmware retraction.

Add it to next version please.

+1 for G10 / G11 support.

I'm using Diamond/Mixing extruder where all 3 extuders need to retrack simultaniously.

Which is working perfectly with Slic3r on Repetier-Firmware.

Maybe I'm missing something, but these extruder characteristics can be set independently in the Extruder tab. Just choose the corresponding extruder from the left pane, and adjust retract/extra restart distance?

Re: Feature request: Seperate retract/recover speed controls

Bump,

I have looked at the Gcode. Although you can change these settings under Extruder, Coast at end and retraction/restart distance it does not change where the M101 and M103 are placed.

This causes major issues for me also as I am operating a valve which controls the flow of plastic.

I am sure this would be a major issue for the guys running laser cutters also.

Someone posted this link elsewhere which may be of help.

It is pretty painful that a paid program does not support this when others do.
