We have plenty of customers that are also able to communicate with some of the Qidi models, so we are still trying to get clarity on which exact models and firmwares seem to be affected. For example, I just sent a wifi print to the X-pro and it worked fine. However, we also have an i-mate S on the latest firmware that does NOT work, so we know that is at least one combination that isn't working.
It has helped hearing which exact models are NOT working for people, along with the firmware version on those machines, so if you are having trouble with V5 please feel free to add a post including that information.

Interesting, I have an X-Pro and it don't work for me. My firmware version is V4.2.6.5/W10.0.12

Same issue here. Brand new X-CF Pro. My first printer and first experience with S3D. Please fix this soon!

I can confirm that a fix for this issue was included in our latest Version 5.0.1 update. Once you update to 5.0.1 you should be able to connect to all of these Qidi printers without any issues. We tested several of the exact machines and firmware versions in this thread and were successful with each one.
Thank you to everyone who provided information about the issue! It was a big help to get it quickly resolved.
