SLICE_FOR_FUN wrote:Hello,
I guess you have to downgrade your firmware. I have 1.10/V2 and it is working (Try really small numbers like 0.00000000001 before).
I have a Cube Pro Trio and try to make it working with Simplify as well. I'm using the profiles posted here, but still got problems:
-before the print starts, while the extruders are in the parking position and heating up, there is a strange sound (knocking). I guess the temperature and extrusion rate are not correct. After this there is often a filament error... and the print doesn't start.
-If the print starts, qualitiy is bad, because the extrusion rate is to high
someone an idea?
keep on trying....
It sounds like the extruders are trying to purge before they are up to temperature.
Does this happen in single material prints? or just multi? Post a factory file so we can have a look.

Hello,
thanks for your response. Here are two profiles which doesn't work. Something is wrong with the heating up process (filament or temperature error). With the Cubepro software i have no problems.

cubex my printer duo have used up two accompanying cartridge you buy the machine, I had to replace it with a third-party ink and as a result the machine is not running. I've tried simplify3d but not solve, the BFB file cubex duo received but not working, it only release the ink and stood there. I look forward to receiving your help.

Hi
I am new to all this but i am using a Cubepro trio.
And obvosly i want a better slicing software so i turned to simplify3d.
which looks great.
I downloaded to FFF profile and loaded it into simplify, works great and i downloaded the codex for mac software but i can't get the CodeX software to encode the file into Cubepro readable file.
it just sits there doing nothing it creates a file but with no content at 0 bites.
I am running a mac.

Try a really small file to start with to see if that work within a couple minutes. CodeX takes a REALLY long time to process jobs... Like easily over an hour on larger jobs.
