very nice doug. since we are on the subject of trains, here is a train tunnel i modeled, printed, assembled and painted. this was for a restaurant here that has trains running around the ceiling. it goes through the wall, loops around then comes back through the wall. this needed to sandwich the wall so its a tunnel on both sides with a black plastic jamb. i had to do 2 of these. took 6kg of plastic.

Do you mind sharing the settings? How did you manage to get the layer above support structure so smooth?

That's some really nice accuracy for such small prints!

Here's a little something I've been working on recently: Full size they' used to be seen painted red running round London. This one is sitting on a nice shiny plinth...which just happens to be a pound coin!

I'm still trying to improve the finish quality.....although I must be stretching the printer capabilities beyond its limits!!
