Feature Request: Ironing

One of the biggest complaints that I've seen in the various forums is that S3D doesn't have an Ironing feature. Basically it does the following...
The last layer (or selected layers) would stop extruding and the hot end nozzle would slowly go across the surface in the opposite manner of the last print lines. This would effectively "sand" the surface and provide much smoother finish to the final top layer. Could be placed in options somewhere.
