What does the preview look like? Can you see this issue there?

It's almost impossible to diagnose an issue with slicing based on a single photograph and a simple "Its not printing right". You've not even said what material you're printing in....which is important!
Can you please create a factory file (File dropdown menu===>Save Factory file) and attach it to a post. That way, your current settings can be seen.....and hopefully appropriate suggestions as to what changes to make can be offered.

if you are asking about the line in the middle it's a partial clog or extruder missing steps or something similar... probably due to too high retraction settings (since it happens near that hole)

I attached the factory file I don't think its the extruder or loosing steps, I am only having the problem with S3D other slicers are printing the part fine.
It's most likely a setting.

Your picture shows a gap like a Z-hopping, nevertheless there are some settings, I would try to change:
Nozzle 0.40 but extrusion width 0.35 >>> standard = 0.48
Multiplier 0.85 ??? unusual >>> depending from the real filaments diameter 1.75
Retract 8.0 mm ???
Wipe >>>uncheck it
Temperature PLA 185 ° it is to low??? (standard is 190 - 220°)

Retract 8.0 mm ???
that's the 99.9% reason for that gap, the retracts on those hole jammed the filament in throat

it is extruder motor either losing steps or slipping on the filament, otherwise you would not have that gap, as s3d for sure didn't "forget" to place extrusion there
now why your extruder stopped extruding when sliced in s3d and not in other slicer is the settings .. since it happens around the hole, it's the extruder panel that you need to look at .. compare that to your slicer that works
