how come the time announced by S3D is so different from the actual print time on my CR10S? 1h30 vs 2h30?

Many causes for this. Simplify3d doesn't know any of the limits your Firmware has set such as acceleration, max feedrates, jerk, and so on. It does its best to give you a very rough time.
