speed, fan level, first layer and others follow filament type

Instead of just temperature responding to material type. I end up having different profiles for different filaments instead of different profiles for different printers.
Perhaps other settings should follow filament as well. I tend to change first layer, speed, part fan, flow rate, and sometimes even when retractions are done, when I change filament. PETG responds far differently then PLA, in a variety of ways.
