modified profile: visible which settings have changed?

sometimes I change something and when using s3d after a while I am not aware anymore of what the changes have been...
is there a way to see the differences?

Not that I know of, but it would be a good feature to add IMO. Maybe indicate them in a different colored text.

You can go to File > Export FFF Profile to get a plain text representation of the settings. Then it is pretty easy to use a text comparison tool to see what has changed between profiles.
