S3D 4.01 Crashes when saving the Factory file on 32 bit

I noticed this behavior on 32 bit windows. I tried on both, Win7 Ent, and Win10 Ent. It works OK on x64 systems. More to the point, I have bunch of Dell identical Latitude notebooks, come running x32, some x64 OS, and they all have the same issue. Dito on desktop workstations. It seems to follow the OS. It is not printer dependent, I tried few different models, and they all work fine... untill I try and save the file.
The factory file sometimes does gets saved, but it does not contain the 3D model, however, the process settings do come thru.
I hope this helps. Until then, x64 it is.

I can confirm this here. Almost always crashes on 32 bit PC but OK on 64 bit. Both Windows 10 Pro.

Question to both posters... Do any of the files involved (.stl file, factory file, etc) have any special or unusual characters in them? Any superscripted or subscripted letters, special characters, etc
If yes, then recreate and/or resave without any of these characters.

In my case no special characters. The .stl file was called MGCookiePress and I was trying to save the factory file as MGCookiePress.

What about the process names, profile name, starting/ending/retraction/layerchange/toolchange script contents? Are there tabs present in the scripts?
