purge into infill, Prime on infill and custom shape of prime pillar

for the single extruder multimaterial setup
- purge in to infill
- purge into "object" (you decide one of the objects on the plate to be "sacrificial" and instead purging into purge tower you purge into that object)
for the multi extruder setup
- prime in to infill
- purge in to infill
