Hi there!
I am trying to print this part of a box (for some MTG cards), and it is supposed to be completely hollow in the middle so that the cards can fit in. However, S3D seems to be creating a single bridging layer throughout the entire middle, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it turned off. I have scoured the forums looking for this same problem and have been unsuccessful in finding a solution thus far, so I thought I would create my own post about it. I have messed with my bridging settings and "Unsupported Area Threshold" settings, but nothing seems to work. When I set the Unsupported Area Threshold to its maximum (99999mm), instead of creating a single bridging layer, it creates a single solid layer. Is this a problem with the .stl file? No one in the Thingiverse comments for this piece seem to be having this problem, so I am stumped! Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!!
P.S. I am attaching a zipped file with the .stl file and my fff profile. Thanks again!!
