consider jerk and acceleration values in time calculation

Is it currently possible to consider (manually insert somewhere) values which affect the printing time (jerk, accel) in Simplify3D?

Prusa i3 MK3 is printing cca 50% longer than S3D calculates. It's definitely due to the accelerations set in the printer firmware

any idea how to correct this?
