PMMA print settings

Hello everyone,

I´m relatively new to 3D printing and I started out with PLA. Until now everything works fine and results with PLA look very good. However, I started using PMMA as I want a temperature and UV-resistant material for my application. Currently, I´m struggling with adhesion on the bed and warping which are probably related. Has anyone any experience with printing PMMA ? I would be happy to see your settings (S3D) and your bed material to get a starting point.

I'm printing on a FR4-plate on top of a heated aluminium bed. Bed temperature is 120 °C (I suspect the FR4 will be at 90 °C or so). PMMA printing temperature is at 240 °C (above the PMMA starts hissing and below adhesion deteriorates severely).

Thanks for your input :)

btw. using an enclosed heated building chamber is key for reducing warping and a strong brim helped me holding down the edges for good.
