Why is this happening to the file at slicer?

The file is from thingiverse and several of my friends have printed it with the same printer with the same software.
It's separating the file into two parts, and leaving a blank area.

The most likely problem is issues with the file. Run it through a checker such as makeprintable.com to make sure.

Thanks I'm trying that now. The file worked fine for my friends.
