Printing Modified Gcode

I took the gcode for one of my objects into a text editor and modified the extruder path to try to eliminate strings marring the surface of my object (I'm printing with NijaFlex).

However, while S3D will preview this, it goes ahead and prints what it had already calculated for itself.

Replicator G doesn't seem to like the gcode S3D puts out - anyone have any other suggestions, or am I overlooking something?
