Adding Holes to Model When Preparing to Print

I'm having an issue with a specific print. When I prepare it to print it adds these oval marks in the outside of the shell and when it prints it puts holes there. I tried changing the outside perimeter count as well as changing it to concentric. Not sure how to fix this. Others on thigiverse have printed this without issue. I've set it up so only the top 20mm or so are going to print for test purposes. See photo below of the top.

Is that a thin wall section with space for only one perimeter?
If not, perhaps you should explore the REPAIR menu to check model integrity.

I think you need to use the Separate Connected Surfaces option on the Mesh dropdown. S3D has issues with overlapping meshes in a single model.

Thank you it was an issue due to the thin walls. I ended up creating two possess. One for the main body(not able to see in those photos) and one for the top where the thin walls are and I changed " External Thin Wall Type" to Perimeters only. That solved it and still let me use my regular options for the rest of the print.
