Locked Prime Line (Or Any Object) Location

Please give the option to lock the location of an imported object even if Center and Arrange is clicked. I would like to have a factory file saved with a prime line in a certain location and when I add additional objects to the build plate and Center and Arrange them I would like for the prime line to stay where it is at the front left corner of the bed.

It takes too much time to reset the prime line position (trying to remember its coordinates or having to look them them up) every time I import then Center and Arrange objects on the build plate.

Or is there currently a way to lock the xyz coordinates of an object?

The prime line in my experience is not an object but some commands in the start Code.
Something like
G28 ; home all
G1 Z0.2 F1000
G1 X70.0 E4.0 F1000.0 ; prime
G1 X150.0 E8.5 F1000.0 ; prime

It can be in the Start Code; however I imported mine as an object and I also have prime pillars that I want to stay in a fixed location when I import objects and Center them. A very fast prime pillar for changing colors, followed by a slow prime pillar to eliminate pressure. I'm not sure Coast At End is the answer since I would need a big one followed by Extra Restart which can leave a blemish when the print starts. In the past the fast prime pillar would string as the hot end jumped from it to the part. Now I'm trying linear advance in Marlin 1.1.9 which might eliminate stringing even for jumping off the fast prime pillar, we'll see...

Sounds like you might benefit from filaswitch (https://github.com/spegelius/filaswitch). It does nice prime towers for multimaterial prints and can be linked directly from S3D. At least you would get away from using two different towers.
