After slicing This raspberry pi case there is some extra material over some features at the radius end of the part.

I tried slicing your STL file with the profiles included with Creator, but I wasn't able to replicate the results you were seeing. All the settings I tested produced the correct results. Are you using v1.1.1? You could post the FFF settings that generated the extra material?
