Several times now I add fan control at specific layers like on at 22 and off at 30.
I have wished that I could see on the print preview where that is taking place on the model. Like a visual aid that I got the right layers!!
Kind of like the multi process wizard shows the plane/layer where you want to insert a new process.

My thought is to have an option to turn on-off a view that can display things that happen a various layers while printing such as when a fan may come on and then off again.
I know, not really an essential thing but handy to be able to see at what level things may be happening.

just like movement speed would be cool to have coloring by
- temperature
- fan speed
- extrusion width (so we can see those single extrusions)

Something like a console viewer to show what's happening in the current line would be helpful when using the show by line feature. I've been opening up in notepad++ and scrolling to the lines in question to follow along.
