I've installed 4.1,,,, or so it claims in the "About" tab, but bridging appears to just as dumb as before? What am I missing?

Please post a Factory File so we can determine what might be causing this. It is possible that you have a fixed bridging angle set so please make sure this box is not checked in the Other tab of the Process Settings.

And I found the solution,,,,, My sliced model has 2 outer perimeter, Apparently this feature needs 3 perimeter layers to become "intelligent".

The bridging section in this is continuous and considered one area so it is filling in the area with the angle that will best support that entire shape. Alternatively you can increase your perimeter count or adjust extrusion width to make sure the "arms" of the asterisk design are individual bridging regions.
