POWER_LOSS_RECOVERY EXTRUDER LOOP

HI
I had to deactivate that option, otherwise the extruder would enter a loop when I tried to use POWER_LOSS_RECOVERY from version 1.1.9 of Marlin.
Could you explain the reason?
I have a prusa3 arduino mega and ramps 1.4.
