I'm having the same issue. I mailed support on Saturday but no response as yet. I assume because of the weekend.
Our support team can sort you out with a profile that won't show this behavior! Please let me know if they don't get back to you this morning.

We're located in EST (UTC -5)! They informed me they sent out a couple profiles for the Adventurer 3. Hopefully one of them was for you. Happy Printing!

Just to let you know they fixed the issue not sure when they will send the new profile but the one they sent to me works
