Simplify3D User Forum

According to the printer list the K8800 is supported.
With S3D 4.1.0 I stumpled over a few issues with this printer:
- the 500.000 baud communication is not supported
- the printer wizard didn't contain the settings for K8800
- the profile supplied by Support had at least a wrong print bed size (147mm instead of 200mm)

Are those issues, which prevents me from using S3D - fixed with 4.1.1?

Our support team's profile for this machine has the correct build area, as is defined by the square circumscribed by the delta's circular build volume. (Diameter <200 mm> * 0.707) = 141 mm

You're correct, our USB communication implementation does not support 500000 Baud rate at this time.

The profile is not yet in the Help > Configuration Assistant. Our support team is happy to provide you with the most up to date profile through our email support channels.
