Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I have been printing with my CTC dual extruder and Simplify3D v.4 without any major issue, Today I upgraded to v4.1.
Upgrade seems to have preserved saved processes previous to upgrade nevertheless the printer now has the extruder id mixed up, that is, right extruder on simpify3d is now left extruder on the printer and vice versa.
Is there a known reason for this to be happening and can it be solved?

this is what is actually happening
When running a print, set only to Tool 0, i.e. the extruder on the right, this extruder is in fact the printing tool, i.e. the one which is feeding the fillament, but Tool 1 is the one who gets heated.
I haven't recently changed any part or wirings and things were running ok before the upgrade

We've not updated the profile for this machine along with the update to 4.1 or 4.1.1.

Do you gave any factory files saved from before this was an issue? Loading them will likely provide you with the last known working version of your profile. If not, you can re-load the stock profile for your machine from Help > Configuration Assistant.
