4.1.1 version: can't change first layer width on raft

Hi.
My previous projects can't be printed with the version 4.1.1 of the software.
The first raft layer is too tiny and it does not stick on the printing bed. I noticed the following change:

"Using a first layer height below 100% will now correctly reduce the amount of extruded material (alternatively, a negative global Z-axis offset can be used to lower the first layer while still extruding the same amount of material)"

I tried to change the first layer height from 70% (as in 4.0) to 100%, but the amount of extruded material is not yet sufficient.

It seems that the new release of the software totally ignores the "First layer Width" parameter when the first layer is raft.

Can you suggest another way to increase the amount of extruded material on the first raft layer ?

Thanks.
Regards,
Gabriele.

Re: 4.1.1 version: can't change first layer width on raft

Did you adjust the Global-Z height at the same time as increasing the first layer height???

I would suggest increasing the first layer height to 150% and adjusting the Global-Z value by -0.5 times your layer height. So if your layer height is 0.2mm, then adjust the Global-z by MINUS 0.1mm

Re: 4.1.1 version: can't change first layer width on raft

Yes i did it.
The size increases, but the thickness setting made in this way is not very functional and it is necessary to proceed by trial.

The "First layer Width" parameter worked fine on previous release 4.0.
It's incredible that a feature disappears after a version update.

Thanks.
