Hello im not too sure if i have done something wrong but when i was waiting for my ender3 bed and hot end to warm up i could see the temperature rising in simplify3d machine control panel but now i have added a new creality cr10 pro and now the temperature does not change in s3d is this a glitch or have i turned it off some how

Can you provide the verbose tools > Machine control panel > "communication log" after connecting and setting temperatures for each of these printers? The output from the CR10 Pro could be different from the standards most printers use.
