XML file fault

Hello everyone,
Since a certain I have a problem with Simplify at the opening he shows me this window and all my profiles have disappeared. Do you have an idea.

This error is commonly associated with special characters such as é, ñ, or ö being present in one of the following user configurable text areas of your profile: model names, process names, or the process' scripts tab. Removing these characters from any of these areas will almost always cease the appearance of warnings for incorrectly encoded xml files.

Please let me know if you continue to see this error after clearing the aforementioned areas of special characters.
