Perhaps I am being oblivious; I do not see any option for a concentric fill pattern for the top and bottom layers. If one does not exist then please consider this a feature request. If it does, then can some kind soul tell me where it can be found.

Concentric fill patterns are the top aren't in there right now, but it's a good idea to add. I'll try to queue this up for a future release.

Would a concentric fill pattern for the very top 3 layers for example be enough? Or do you want concentric fill for any upper surface? For example for a staircase model, would you want it just on the very top step, or on the top of every single step of the model?

The concentric fill would be for every upper surface.
