Convert Image to 3D does nothing

In the Add-Ins menu I click on the Convert Image to 3D and nothing happens. No box, no error, simply nothing. I am running S3D 4.1.1 newly installed under up to date Windows 10. Is there something else I need to install, something to enable or what? I would like to try it out. Everything else seems to be working as expected.

I was able to successfully use this on 4.1.1 on Windows 10 here at our office. Can you describe the steps you took when experiencing this or attach a screen recording of you attempting to use this feature?

Oops, it was a noob mistake. I tried to initiate it while in preview mode.

Try to convert your image at low resolution, 1920x1080 for example, jpg format and load again.
