I am having issues with first layer. For some reason there are gaps between shell and infill.

I have .6 nozzle

I also have it set to have 4 outline shells BUT for some reason first layer only has 3 shells.

What am I missing? How do I get rid of gaps?

Can you please confirm you are using Version 4.1.1? If you are not please be sure to go to your Account Dashboard and download the newest installer for the software.

If you are currently using 4.1.1 can you please post a Factory File so we can investigate this further?

Why are you using a 75% first layer height and 150% first layer width? Maybe go back to the defaults of 100% on each and see if it helps.

Also look on the infill tab for the infill overlap and see how it is set.

Please increase outline overlap first.

Just noticed, you have a 0.6 nozzle with the extrusion width set at 0.4. Reset to 0.6 and see what happens.
