simplify3d and powerspec Ultra 2.0 3d

i enter the my printer info into the compatibility it say it is, but i only find one profile, but it is not the printer i have; i have tried it and the flashforge one as well. it does not extrude right or anything. now before you say anything about temp and bed leveling and other tips. I have tried cura and the software that comes with the printer and they work perfectly. it happens all the time. i have tried many object still the same thing.
