Top of supports appearing above object

Interesting: 2 blades with different angle, one is supported correctly, the other shows a part of the support ABOVE the blade. The only solution here was to set the "lower vertical separation layers" to 7. The problematic angled blade is around 53 degrees.

Try reducing the inflation value to 0 and see if it helps. Also the support infill percentage and the pillar resolution can potentially help.
