How to avoid the prime tower to be seperated?

Hi, i would like to use one color change per layer. So only one prime pillar.

But it keeps creating two seperated blocks for some reason. I already tried a profile with 3 Extruders. (Left,Right, Mixed) and also a Profile with only 2 Extruders (left,right)

But it keeps making two seperate prime areas instead of using one tower for both... (one change per layer)

How can i fix that? Thank you very much

I'm having the same issue - 2 prime towers instead of just 1 interlaced. Seems like this was introduced in a recent update?
