Bad print quality in Simplify

Have a look at the attached .zip files for profile information and exported .gcodes ( there seems to be an upload limit, so cant upload the CURA .gcodes)

Simplify gives me this issue when using 0.2mm layer height. (the bottom row of items is using 0.15mm layer height, and is not affected by issue as much)

As you can also see, this issue is happening regardless of fillament as well, and its really consistent.

Any idea on whats going on here? Im using the default profile that im able to select during setup for this particular printer.

Hardware: Original Prusa i3 MK3
Software: Simplify 4.1.1
