Corrupted preview and Gcode

Hello!
Since two days I have big problems using Simplify3D - my models don´t print any more and the software renders wrong Gcode.
Because of this I build a simple block in FreeCad and exported it as .obj-File

I´m using version 4.1.1
Any idea what may cause this? Is there an option to get an older version if 4.1.1 has bugs?
