Extruder Acceleration and 2 first layers

The Extruder double prints the first layer and has a weird acceleration mechanic after it prints the first layer. When it reprints the first layer it does the slow to fast acceleration as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6b7L5QzRVo
Attached is my fff file. We 3D print clay so we use no heaters or fans.
I would like to not have the acceleration mechanic and not double print the first layer.
