Simplify3D User Forum

I was on version 4.0.0 and got the "Incorrect binary format detected" error while opening a factory file I've been using. It could be opened, but some STL's and all processes were missing. I upgraded to 4.1.1, and now when I open it nothing happens at all. Other files open fine. Is there any way to recover this?

Using 4.0.0 I opened a copy of the factory file and removed the STL causing the problem. It opens without error but there are still STL's missing and no processes.
