Lost USB communication connection

My USB connection has suddenly failed. It has been working fine but has suddenly stopped. Connection remains working in Cura though. Any thoughts as to how I can get this connection working once again?

As the error message suggests, you should try changing / checking the selected port and Baudrate.

I don’t know how Cura works but I know some softwares will hold a port hostage. Makerware is like that and requires you to stop the service before you can connect with another software. Uninstalling should have the same effect.
Give us an update if you get it working!

As suggested I had to reconfigure the USB port and baud rate. Somehow it lost this info. Now connecting correctly. Thanks for the help.
