problem with internal thickness zero walls

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me, and I really did not find this thread, so I do it.
I usually use solidworks to design, and as for solid models I have no problems, but it turns out that for some designs, I find it useful to design with surfaces, and in them the wall is 0mm thick. With this I control the thickness of the wall of the piece simply changing the nozle.
the problem is when there are internal walls with zero thickness that does not recognize them directly, I have seen in designs this technique, for example in airplanes printed in 3d that has no problem in printing these walls.
What can be wrong?

S3D needs a closed contour to fill in with material. it will not work with what you are trying to do. It will not put a bead on the edge of the surface. you will have to "thicken" the surfaces in SolidWorks. the only reason you see something with the cylinder is it is a closed contour. This would be more of a feature request. To print on the edge of lines and contours. not sure if there is a slicer out there that would do this.

ok, I understand that, the parts that are outside the cylinder do not print them because they are open contours, but why does not the interior print?

correction. The Stratasys Fortus systems allow this.
