prepare to print cant save

I click prepare to print and it goes fine . It goes through all the steps as it should but when its finished the save to SDcard /hdd icon appears in the bottom left of the screen but before I can click on it Simplify3d closes

Thanks for your initial report. If you disable the automatic loading of the preview window can you save successfully? (Tools > Options > Visualization > uncheck the box for Automatically load the print preview after slicing)

Can you share your factory file here? I'd like to try and see if the saving issue occurs for me as well.

Hi.

A colleague of mine experience a similar thing in our workshop. When trying to save to gcode the program shuts down.
I haven't seen it myself but I will check it out.
