Is there a way of changing the final surface pattern

Using S3D I have a model bin printing with the following final surface pattern

However, when I use the Prusa Slicer I get

Is there a way in the S3D setting to achieve the same smooth pattern that Prusa generates?

Howard, In your FFF settings, change your "External Infil Pattern" to Rectilinear. Then change your "External Infill Angle Offsets to 45° and -45°
