Good evening,

I just purchased the software, went to open files on my NAS and the open/import does not see any of my mapped network drives.. ALL other software on my system see's my mapped drives...

How can I fix this... if not fixable, am I able to get a refund on my purchase?

I can see mapped drives ok.
Maybe a firewall, anti-virus or another app is blocking S3D?

I don't know if it's been fixed or not, but it's an old bug:

I ended up connecting the printer directly to the s3d pc.
