i just got my new printer, tried all night to connect s3d to the printer, didn't work. is there a trick to connect to the printer? using usb. thx in advance

Not sure if you can. Never tried on mine.
What I would do though is load Flashprint and get it to connect then you at least know it works.
The drivers installed by Flashprint may work for S3D.
