Simplify3D User Forum

New to this software. When I try to import an STL file nothing shows up. These files were used in Cura my first slicer and worked fine any help.
I have attached two of the failing files.

The attached T-Rex-model has only <1 Kb .... (84 byte see the attachment list) ???
The wheel is running well for me.
