Problem with the launch of S3D

Hello,
When I run S3D, it cuts itself off after one second. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, nothing helps.
Has anyone ever had this problem?

I am having a similar issue where as soon as i launch i see in my loadup model is Model4. I tried to remove file but simplify shuts down to my windows screen. Not sure what is up as i have uninstalled reinstalled cleaned out my cache and so on. rebooted laptop and still nothing. need assistance with please thank you!

I fixed my issue,
i basically took out my files from registry editor, open the registry editor and then go to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software directory and delete the Simplify3d folder and all sub-keys.
Delete all files in the following directory:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Simplfy3D.
This is a hidden directory so you may need to enable viewing hidden files and folders to see it in an explorer window.
this was using again a laptop pc. windows
